ÿþAs we know from adidas superstars the special white model that released this past summer, the adidas Top Ten Hi is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, the latest addition to the model s long history releasing this week. Featuring a classic black, white, red and blue color scheme, the model utilizes a mixed-upper and glossy Stripes to provide the perfect amount of material contrast. On top of the Forum Low models we saw a few weeks ago, Adidas has just released two new colorways of the shoe s mid-top incarnation. Featuring a nubuck/leather upper, bright coral and blue accents, and two-tone laces, one of the colorways had been adidas boost previewed before. The black and yellow killer bees model, however, brings something new to the table, using buffed leather and a clean color pallet to its advantage. You can find either version of the adidas Forum Mid from select adidas Originals retailers now.

Now, adidas spezial the brand has attempted to infuse five of its silhouettes with detailing inspired by an actual plant. The collection is made up of the adidas Samba, Stan Smith, Superstar, Nizza High, and Forum Mid (pictured in that order from left to right, top to bottom). The soles have brown detailing, most likely representing soil. The upper consists of premium leathers in predominantly white colorways, with a reworked adidas logo made to look like a plant. The Adidas Ecstasy Mid Women s has been released in a sweet black colorway, as it uses a black patent leather upper to please the crowd. The patent is offset by black suede at the heel and toebox, and mixes well with the black Adidas trefoil at the middle of the side panel. The dark upper is contrasted by a white midsole which sits atop a black outsole. Adidas placed its name in big bold black letters at the back. Lastly, blue lace eyelets have been added to the mix to give the shoe some flavor.

The upper comes in black suede with brown stitching, and the shoe is finished off with a complementary bubble gum sole. The only seeming color deviation comes in the form of an orange adidas logo on the tongue. The Solebox crew took the original colorway of the Adidas Berlin and placed it in the inner of the shoe, and placed the new school Berlin colorway on the upper. The upper uses black mesh and baby blue leather, which is contrasted by a gumsole to give the shoe a classic feel. The Solebox name is placed on the tongue tag under the Adidas logo to let us know who the geniuses were behind the shoe. It will release at Solebox in limited quantities October 17th.
